    We will run labs to address your nutrient level so we can correct any deficiencies that may be contributing to mental health symptoms. We may also order genetic testing to predict your response to specific medications and optimize your medication regimen.

If you are already on supplements, I can help you optimize it by making sure you are taking the right supplements and dose as well as ensure there are no dangerous interactions between medications and supplements you are taking.

    We will address sleep, movement, and nutrition that may be affecting your mental health. I will support you in making small changes towards your goals. I will also focus on ways to simplify your life so that you can focus on the things that matter most to you.
