Holistic Approach + Christian Psychiatry for Women’s Mental Health

A reproductive psychiatrist, women’s psychiatrist, or nurse practitioner focuses on the mental health experiences of women including during the reproductive years. While I focus on these experiences, my approach is also integrative, combining evidence-based psychiatric treatments with holistic strategies, including Christian psychiatry for those seeking faith-based care. I view each person through a culturally humble lens. Treatment plans could include medication management, natural supplementation, pharmacogenetic testing, nutritional guidance, sleep optimization, and other remedies as needed. This holistic approach considers the intricate connection between your mental health, hormones, and overall health.
